NOTICE OF FCC PROPOSED FREQUENCY CHANGE
KTLR-FM has applied to the Federal Communications Commisson, Washington D.C., for a frequency change. The application calls for a change from the FM band to the AM band. The proposed frequency is either 1500 AM or 1510 AM. Public comment is welcomed at the following address:
